Shipping
Our products ship worldwide with free shipping in India for orders of ₹ 999 & above. The shipping charges are calculated on the basis of weight and are displayed during checkout. We try to minimize the cost as much as possible without compromising on quality or speed.
- We try to ship all retail orders received before 12 p.m. IST by the next working day. However, under exceptional circumstances, it can take up to 1-3 working days for order processing.
- We aim to dispatch the products within 24 hours of payment clearance and to have all orders delivered to customers residing in India within 5-7 working days depending on your choice of shipment. In case a product is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it’s back in stock. ORDERING AND DISPATCH
- You can either order products through our website or through the phone.
- Once we receive payment from you we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your payment and also confirm the dispatch of your order. The dispatch can take up to 2-3 working days for confirmed orders.
- We have the right to cancel any order and refund your payment any time before dispatch due to the non-availability of the product or otherwise
